Recurring Payment Agreement

This Recurring Payment Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "Immersive Translate User Service Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "Service Terms") and forms an integral part of the "Service Terms", constituting a unified whole. In the event of any conflict between this Recurring Payment Agreement and the "Service Terms", this Recurring Payment Agreement shall prevail. When registering for an Immersive Translate subscription, you should agree to this Recurring Payment Agreement while agreeing to the "Service Terms".

You understand and agree that:

• When registering for an Immersive Translate subscription, you will select a subscription period.
• The actual billing amount is subject to the pricing page and checkout page displayed when you subscribe.
• Monthly Subscription: If you do not cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the subscription period expires, your Immersive Translate subscription will automatically renew upon expiration and will automatically charge you the service fee for the next subscription period at the same price.
• Annual Subscription: If you do not cancel at least seventy-two (72) hours before the subscription period expires, your Immersive Translate subscription will automatically renew upon expiration and will automatically charge you the service fee for the next subscription period at the same price.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered on the pricing page, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends without incurring a subscription charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the price of your currently selected plan.
• If you pay for an Immersive Translate subscription through Apple iOS, you will also be subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• To cancel an Immersive Translate recurring subscription on Apple iOS: Open "Settings" on your Apple iOS device → Tap "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases" → Tap "Subscriptions" → Select Immersive Translate → Cancel Subscription.
• To cancel an Immersive Translate recurring subscription on Android devices: You can go to the corresponding account management page of Alipay or Stripe to perform the operation and complete the cancellation process according to the page instructions.
• If you cancel a recurring subscription, or if Immersive Translate stops providing the subscribed product, the subscription validity will continue until the end of the subscription period and then terminate.
