PDF File Translation
Immersive Translation's PDF bilingual translation comes in two versions: Free Version and PDF Pro. The free version only supports standard PDF documents (non-scanned), while PDF Pro supports more complex PDF documents, including scanned versions, formula recognition, and features paragraph-by-paragraph bilingual comparison. Multi-column content is automatically reformatted into single columns.
Free PDF Translation
- For online PDF files, after opening them in your browser, click the extension icon and then click "Translate this file" as shown below.
- For local PDF files, right-click the extension icon (or left-click the extension icon, then click "More" and "Translate Local PDF File"), enter the page, and click the upload button in the top right corner to upload your PDF file.

PDF Pro Translation
Visit the PDF Pro page and upload your PDF file to start translation. If you're not a Pro member, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro membership first.
