Immersive Translate Membership Service Agreement

【Important Notice】
Before you activate, use, or renew this service, please carefully read and fully understand all contents of this agreement (especially terms in bold and/or highlighted in a prominent manner).
If you click "Agree/Activate/Pay" or perform similar operations, it shall be deemed that you have fully understood and accepted all terms of this agreement, which shall have legal effect as a contract.

I. Service Content and Definitions

"Immersive Translate Membership Service" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") is a paid membership benefit provided by the Company to users through products such as mobile applications/browser extensions/websites, including but not limited to high-quota translation services, access to advanced models, and other functions. Specific benefits are subject to real-time display within the application.

II. Membership Types and Activation Methods

This application provides two types of memberships: Pro and Max:

  • Pro Monthly Membership: $14.99/month, valid for 1 month, auto-renewal, automatically charged monthly
  • Max Monthly Membership: $34.99/month, valid for 1 month, auto-renewal, automatically charged monthly
  • Pro Annual Membership: $124.99/year, valid for 1 year, auto-renewal, automatically charged annually
  • Max Annual Membership: $289.99/year, valid for 1 year, auto-renewal, automatically charged annually

The service is deemed activated upon completion of payment by the user.
Prices may be adjusted according to market conditions, and adjustment information will be announced in the application in a reasonable manner.

III. Membership Benefits

Pro Members can enjoy the following exclusive benefits (subject to actual display within the application):

  • Advanced model translation quota: 20 million Tokens/month

Max Members can enjoy the following exclusive benefits (subject to actual display within the application):

  • Advanced model translation quota: 50 million Tokens/month
  • Premium model translation quota: 2 million Tokens/month

【Model Change Notice】
The advanced model catalog may be added, replaced, or removed due to technical, partnership, or policy reasons, which constitutes reasonable operational adjustments and does not constitute grounds for breach of contract or refund.
Actual available models and quotas are subject to real-time display within the application.

IV. Charging and Renewal Rules

1. Charging Instructions

  • Users need to pay the corresponding fee when activating membership. Prices may be adjusted according to market conditions, and adjustments will be announced within the application.
  • If participating in activities or promotions, the price on the activity page shall prevail.

2. Auto-Renewal Service Instructions (if applicable)

  • If users choose "Auto-Renewal", the system will automatically deduct the fee for the next cycle before the current membership validity period expires.
  • The deduction time is generally within 24 hours before membership expiration. Please ensure that the payment method bound to your account has sufficient balance.
  • After successful deduction, the new membership cycle will automatically take effect.

3. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

Users can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the following path:

Settings → Membership Center → Cancel Subscription

4. Post-Cancellation Instructions

After cancellation, the paid period can still be used normally until expiration and will not be terminated early.

5. Free Trial

If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged at the price of the currently selected plan.

V. Service Period and Termination

  1. Membership service takes effect from the time of successful payment, and the validity period is based on the purchased cycle.
  2. If the service is terminated due to user-initiated cancellation, refund, account closure, improper use, etc., the Company has the right to terminate membership in advance.
  3. If the service needs to be suspended or terminated due to system maintenance, policy changes, or other reasons, the Company will announce in advance and properly handle user rights.

VI. Refund and Change Policy

【Prominent Notice】
This service is a virtual service that takes effect immediately. In principle, refunds are not supported, except for the following circumstances:

Circumstances Supporting Refunds (limited to once):

  • Within 72 hours for annual subscriptions / Within 24 hours for monthly subscriptions — Users can request an unconditional refund once
  • Due to system errors or duplicate charges
  • After verification by the Company, there are serious technical defects that prevent use

The following circumstances do not support refunds:

  • Having started using the service normally but regretting, not needing, or not using it
  • Experience differences due to model catalog adjustments or version upgrades
  • Inability to use due to user equipment, network, or third-party reasons

VII. Usage Standards and Restrictions

  • Membership service is limited to the purchasing account holder only and may not be transferred, resold, rented, or shared
  • Limited to personal non-commercial use only, and may not be used in any way for batch translation, outsourcing agency, profit-making, or infringement
  • If abnormal use or infringement is discovered, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate membership and pursue legal liability

VIII. Disclaimer

  1. Some functions of the membership service may be limited by equipment, network, and system versions, subject to actual circumstances.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, third-party failures, etc., but will make reasonable efforts to repair.

X. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  2. If disputes arise between the parties regarding this service, they shall be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Shanghai.

XI. Supplementary Provisions

  1. The Company has the right to modify this agreement according to service operations and legal policy changes, and will announce in advance.
  2. This service agreement takes effect from October 20, 2025, and the final interpretation right belongs to Shanghai Shutongwen Network Technology Co., Ltd.
